Our Process
Before anything prints, you get a digital proof of the design on your exact vehicle. Once you approve it, that proof becomes the blueprint. It's how we guarantee what you imagined is what gets installed.
Consult
We start by understanding your goals. Are you branding a single work truck or an entire fleet? We'll discuss your budget, look at your existing brand assets, and determine the best coverage option (full, partial, or lettering) to maximize your ROI.
Design
Our in-house design team takes your logo and builds a custom layout specifically for your vehicle model. We don't just slap a logo on a door; we design with the vehicle's body lines, door handles, and windows in mind so the final product looks intentional and professional.
Digital Proof on Your Vehicle
This is the most critical step. We provide a full-color, to-scale digital mockup showing exactly how the design will look on your specific year, make, and model of vehicle. You'll see every angle before a single drop of ink hits the vinyl.
You Approve
We review the proof together. If adjustments are needed, we make them. Once you sign off on the final proof, that document becomes our strict blueprint for production. What you approve is exactly what rolls out of our shop.
We print your wrap in-house using premium cast vinyl from 3M or Avery Dennison. After printing, the vinyl must "gas out" for 24-48 hours before we apply a protective UV laminate. This ensures the colors stay vibrant and the material lasts for years.
Install
You drop off your vehicle at our climate-controlled facility in Jasper. Our professional installers meticulously clean and prep the surface, then apply the wrap using specialized techniques to ensure it adheres perfectly to deep channels and curves without peeling or lifting later.
